Using Started Wellness

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Organizations and roles

Organization owners control their workspace, staff memberships, client access, and coaching content. Coaches and staff may only access or use client information for authorized responsibilities. Clients are responsible for the information they submit.

Fitness and coaching disclaimer

Started Wellness provides fitness coaching, planning, communication, and progress tools. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, particularly if you have an injury, condition, symptoms, or other health concerns.

AI-assisted planning and drafts

Direct Started planning tiers provide self-service AI-assisted workout and meal planning. Plus and Complete also include AI progress reviews and suggested adjustments. Review suggestions before using them; AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Human coaching, calls, and personal coaching messages are separate services. In coach workspaces, AI may help draft workouts, plans, or messages for coach review. Started Wellness does not represent AI-generated content as medical advice.

Plans, pricing, and payments

Pricing, trial terms, included services, and billing availability are shown before a paid commitment. Where online billing is not yet available, a coach or organization must confirm the price and payment arrangement before charging you.

Direct individual subscription billing

Cancel anytime. Your paid planning access continues through the end of your verified paid period.

Ordinary cancellation does not trigger an automatic partial-month refund. Billing errors and legally required refunds are reviewed individually.

If a renewal payment fails, new paid AI planning pauses after your paid access expires. Your saved plans and logs remain available.

Planning credits reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month, separately from your subscription billing date.

Plan switching is unavailable at launch. Your existing recorded free or legacy entitlements are preserved.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another organization or client account without authorization.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing material.
• Do not interfere with platform security, availability, or other users.

Availability and termination

The service may change as features are improved. Access may be limited or ended for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or violation of these terms. For paid planning and nonpayment, the individual subscription billing rules above apply. Account holders may stop using the service at any time.

Ownership

You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You grant Started Wellness the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that content to provide the service. Started Wellness retains ownership of the platform, software, design, and brand.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform changes. Material updates will apply from the effective date shown above.
