Information we collect

• Organization information such as business name, team memberships, staff roles, locations, and brand settings.
• Coaching information you choose to provide, including goals, workout assignments, workout logs, check-ins, session details, progress notes, and messages.
• Technical and security information needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, and keep accounts signed in.

How we use information

We use information to provide private coaching workspaces, connect clients with authorized coaches and organizations, deliver assigned training, support messaging and scheduling, protect accounts, and improve the service.

AI-assisted tools use the goals, preferences, plans, and progress information relevant to a request to prepare workout and meal plans. Plus and Complete also offer AI progress reviews and suggested adjustments. Direct Started customers review these self-service suggestions before use. In coach workspaces, AI drafts stay private until a coach shares them.

Website analytics and cookies

Started Wellness measures anonymous activity on public pages using a temporary session identifier stored only for the current browser tab. We use broad browser signals to estimate whether a visit is from a person, automation, or an unknown source; we do not store a full browser fingerprint. This public-site measurement does not use advertising cookies and does not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, workout records, nutrition records, coaching messages, or other health-related information.

Signed-in areas may use essential first-party cookies or similar security controls to authenticate accounts, maintain sessions, remember necessary preferences, and protect the service. We do not place marketing pixels on private coaching or health-related pages. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable the public-page measurement.

Who can access information

Clients can access their own information. Authorized coaches, staff, and organization owners can access information needed for their assigned responsibilities. Access is based on organization membership and role.

Service providers may process limited information on our behalf to host, secure, and operate Started Wellness. We do not sell personal information.

Health and medical information

Started Wellness is a fitness coaching and planning service, not a medical provider. Do not use the platform for emergencies. Only provide information that is appropriate for your coaching relationship.

Retention and your choices

We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, meet legitimate operational and security needs, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information through your organization or Started Wellness support.

Security and changes

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect account information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the platform changes and will revise the date shown above.
